Here's the process we like to follow to ensure clear communication and a beautiful product...

1. Bidding Process

We meet with our clients to review the painting work they want done on their house. At this point we answer any questions or address any concerns they may have about their project. We then follow up with a comprehensive estimate laying out the painting job specifications from start to finish, with an exact cost of the work.

2. Scheduling

One of our primary concerns are our customer's scheduling needs. We want to make sure that we can provide full accommodation. When a signed estimate is received, the job is put into our schedule. Then we will notify our client with the approximate start date and follow up with any updates.

3. Start of Work

At the start of each project, our we meet with our client at the project site where we will have a complete job write-up that follows the specifications outlined on the original painting proposal. At this time the job is gone over for any needed clarifications.

4. Doing the Work

All painting work is done in proper sequence and in accordance with paint manufacturers' specifications. Surface preparation such as: washing, scraping, sanding, etc. is done first, followed by priming, and then concluded by the final painting.

5. Completing the Work

We notify our customers a day or so before we expect to complete the work. This gives our clients an opportunity to inspect the work and ensure that no detail has been missed. Painters wrap up the job and take care of any touch-ups to our clients' full satisfaction.
